Twelve South BookBook Case (Vibrant Red)
Soph just gave this to me for Christmas. Super cool, channeling the Dodo, really protective for the laptop too. It's a bit too big to fit in my bag though, so it won't replace the haul. I think this is ideal for situations where you are carrying/transporting the laptop outside of the bag (esp. if you are using it in

Haul 15" Billboard Vinyl Sleeve
This is what I have right now (similar pattern actually, but black). Definite wins on the cool factor. But not practical for me as it's extremely tight on the laptop. I thought this is what I wanted, but now i find I just leave my sleeve in the case, so it just becomes annoying to get the computer in and out of it.

Toffee Leather Sleeve For MBP 15 Black
I need to see this in person, but I like the idea of it as a higher-class version of the basic neoprene. Looks a bit slimline though.

Incase Protective Sleeve Deluxe for MacBook Pro 15" - Black
This one has a extra pocket. Some people carry around a laptop only and like to slip other things in the sleeve. Not for me.

Incase Neoprene Slim Sleeve for 15" MacBook Pro - Black
The 'slim' version of the same guy. Haven't actually seen on in person but I imagine wouldn't work very well as a permanent 'inside' bag sleeve (which is how I use it). Good if you are taking the laptop in and out of the bag inside the sleeve (as it's minimally small).

Incase 15" Neoprene Sleeve for MacBook Pro - Black
This is probably the most practical one to have inside a bag. Easy to slip the laptop in and out of, offers some protection from dropping etc, plenty of protection from scratches etc.

Timmy asked me for a recommendation. Have been having similar thoughts myself. Here's what I've got for you mate.

All handsome cases. It's definitely good to protect your investment, though I can't get over the fact that Apple is probably going to change up the Macbook Pro form factor all willy-nilly.
